Producing a 10,000-capacity open-air concert in Nairobi with international headliners required flawless logistics, world-class sound distribution, and a visual production that could compete with anything seen at Glastonbury or Coachella.

We engineered a custom line-array sound system deployment, a 30-metre wide main stage with 200sqm of LED backdrop, four delay towers for perfect coverage across the entire site, and a drone light show for the headline act's entrance.

Eight weeks of advance logistics, cross-border equipment procurement, a crew of 120 specialists, and a 5-day site build. Full power redundancy systems ensured zero technical interruptions across a 6-hour show.

Zero technical failures. Post-event survey rated audio quality at 9.4/10 — the highest ever recorded for an outdoor Nairobi concert. The event generated KES 45M in ticket revenue and was attended by media from 12 countries.
